A while ago I received a postcard from Indonesia. At first, I didn't realise who sent it because the handwriting was somewhat artistic and as far as I understood, it was written in Swedish. Finally, I remembered a Swedish photographer. I met him somewhere in the middle of Siberia in a train while I was travelling to China. He was going to Australia by train (and by boat I think). Obviously, his adventure still continues...

I started the new year from Korkeasaari Zoo with my friend suukko4 . A beatiful sunny weather was perfect for a short walk.

After visiting Visavuori we continued our tour to Hämeenlinna. Aulanko sightseeing tower gives a good look around Finnish landscape.  
 

Had a funny day with my good friend suukko4 and among other things we visited a place called Visavuori. That was the house and studio of sculptor Emil Vikström. Now it's the museum of his life and works. I just focus on sharing my photos - you can check boring true details from here. The first picture comes from the studio - what on earth did he do with organ!

Some weeks ago I found a competition where you could win VIP tickets to the Nokia Trends Lab happening in Helsinki. I participated in and won! I received SMS in Borneo and couldn't believe that it happened to me. Usually, I'm not the winner guy. One of the first things to do when I returned was to find "avec" because the ticket allowed two persons enter the place. A Finnish band Poets of the Fall played there and it was not that difficult to persuade lovely mummon_tohvelito become my "avec". Now we know all about Nokia's new products and of course we enjoyed the band a lot, we had free beer and cider, grant to download free music etc. That was fun!
